Chính sách này áp dụng cho Jet Hunter trên Facebook Instant Games / Messenger, bản chơi trên web (jet-hunter.online) và ứng dụng Jet Hunter cho Android và iOS.

Đơn vị vận hành

Trò chơi Jet Hunter thuộc sở hữu và do Công ty TNHH L2T Tech (CÔNG TY TNHH L2T TECH, mã số thuế 3200764664) phát triển, vận hành. Công ty TNHH L2T Tech chịu trách nhiệm quản lý dữ liệu người chơi theo chính sách này.

Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu và lưu

• Mã người chơi:
  • Trên Facebook: mã do Facebook Instant Games cấp riêng cho trò chơi này (không phải ID tài khoản Facebook). Chúng tôi không nhận tên, ảnh, email hay danh sách bạn bè Facebook.
  • Trên ứng dụng Android/iOS và bản web: mã ngẫu nhiên tạo trên máy (hoặc trình duyệt) của bạn khi mở trò chơi lần đầu, kèm mã xác thực do máy chủ cấp. Không cần đăng nhập để chơi.
• Tài khoản Google — chỉ khi bạn chọn "Liên kết Google" / "Đăng nhập Google" trong ứng dụng hoặc bản web: mã tài khoản Google và địa chỉ email của tài khoản đó. Dùng duy nhất để giữ và khôi phục tiến độ khi bạn đổi máy, đổi trình duyệt hoặc cài lại ứng dụng. Chúng tôi không nhận mật khẩu, danh bạ hay dữ liệu Google nào khác.
• Hồ sơ trong game: biệt danh (ghép từ danh sách có sẵn), avatar, skin máy bay và skin bom đã chọn.
• Tiến độ: xu, kinh nghiệm, cấp, số trận thắng/thua, chuỗi thắng, lịch sử thay đổi xu.
• Kết quả trận đấu: người chơi, người thắng, số phát bắn, thời gian.
• Dữ liệu sử dụng và lỗi kỹ thuật: ngày bạn mở trò chơi, một số thao tác trong game (xem hướng dẫn, gửi/nhận thách đấu, khoe kết quả, đấu lại) và thông báo lỗi kỹ thuật (nội dung lỗi, phiên bản, nền tảng). Không gồm thông tin nhận dạng cá nhân nào khác ngoài mã người chơi.

Lời thách đấu dùng mã phòng ngẫu nhiên; ảnh chia sẻ được tạo ngay trên máy bạn và chỉ gửi qua ứng dụng bạn chọn. Trò chơi không truy cập danh bạ, vị trí, camera, micro hay tệp của bạn.

Mục đích

Chỉ để vận hành và cải thiện trò chơi: ghép trận, tính thưởng, lưu và khôi phục tiến độ, chống gian lận, sửa lỗi và thống kê tổng hợp (ví dụ số người chơi mỗi ngày). Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu, không chia sẻ cho bên thứ ba vì mục đích quảng cáo, và trò chơi hiện không có quảng cáo.

Bên thứ ba

• Google: khi bạn liên kết Google, Google xác thực tài khoản của bạn theo Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google.
• Meta (Facebook): khi chơi trên Facebook / Messenger, theo chính sách của Meta.
• Nhà cung cấp hạ tầng (máy chủ, cơ sở dữ liệu) chỉ lưu trữ dữ liệu thay chúng tôi, không được dùng cho mục đích khác.

Bảo mật

Dữ liệu truyền giữa trò chơi và máy chủ được mã hoá (HTTPS / WSS). Chỉ người vận hành truy cập được cơ sở dữ liệu.

Lưu trữ và xoá dữ liệu

Dữ liệu được lưu cho tới khi bạn xoá tài khoản. Trên ứng dụng Android/iOS: Hồ sơ → Tài khoản → Xoá tài khoản xoá ngay toàn bộ dữ liệu, kể cả liên kết Google. Hoặc làm theo hướng dẫn xoá dữ liệu.

This policy covers Jet Hunter on Facebook Instant Games / Messenger, the web version (jet-hunter.online) and the Jet Hunter app for Android and iOS.

Operator

Jet Hunter is owned, developed and operated by L2T Tech Co., Ltd. (CÔNG TY TNHH L2T TECH, Tax ID 3200764664), the data controller responsible for player data under this policy.

Data we collect and store

• Player ID:
  • On Facebook: an ID issued by Facebook Instant Games for this game only (not your Facebook account ID). We do not receive your Facebook name, profile photo, email or friend list.
  • In the Android/iOS app and the web version: a random ID generated on your device (or browser) the first time you open the game, plus an authentication token issued by our server. No sign-in is required to play.
• Google account — only if you choose "Link Google" / "Sign in with Google" in the app or the web version: your Google account ID and its email address. Used only to keep and restore your progress when you change devices or browsers, or reinstall the app. We never receive your password, contacts or any other Google data.
• In-game profile: nickname (built from a fixed word list), avatar, selected plane skin and bomb skin.
• Progress: coins, XP, level, wins/losses, win streak and coin history.
• Match results: participants, winner, number of shots and time.
• Usage and diagnostics: the days you open the game, a few in-game actions (viewing the tutorial, sending/opening challenges, sharing results, rematches) and technical error reports (error message, version, platform). No personal identifiers other than your Player ID.

Challenges use random room codes; share images are created on your device and sent only through the app you choose. The game does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone or files.

How we use it

Only to run and improve the game: matchmaking, rewards, saving and restoring progress, preventing cheating, fixing bugs and aggregate statistics (e.g. daily players). We do not sell data, do not share it with third parties for advertising, and the game currently shows no ads.

Third parties

• Google: when you link Google, Google authenticates your account under the Google Privacy Policy.
• Meta (Facebook): when playing on Facebook / Messenger, under Meta's policies.
• Infrastructure providers (servers, database) only store data on our behalf and may not use it for anything else.

Security

Data between the game and our server is encrypted in transit (HTTPS / WSS). Only the operator can access the database.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept until you delete your account. In the Android/iOS app: Profile → Account → Delete account deletes all your data immediately, including the Google link. Or follow the data deletion instructions.
